Terms of Service
These terms are a plain-language agreement between you and Voynic Ventures, Bengaluru, India ("we", "us"), for the use of TrackSite SEO at tracksiteseo.com and app.tracksiteseo.com ("the service"). By creating an account you accept them.
What the service is
TrackSite SEO is a browser-based workspace for auditing and improving websites. Your audit data, crawls and reports are created and stored in your own browser. Our servers provide sign-in, plan management, domain verification, and managed fetching of web pages and speed tests on your behalf.
Your account
Sign-in is by a one-time code sent to your email; keep access to that email secure, since anyone who can read it can enter your account. You must be at least 18, and the information you give us must be accurate.
Fair and honest use
- You may only verify and analyse domains you own or are genuinely authorised to manage, for example a client's site with their permission.
- You may not use the service to probe, scrape or load websites you do not control, to test anyone's security, or to disrupt any site or our infrastructure.
- Each plan has stated daily allowances. We may apply reasonable technical limits to protect the service for everyone, and we may suspend accounts that abuse it.
- One account is for one person or business; reselling access to our fetching infrastructure is not permitted.
Trial, plans and payment
The trial is 7 days with every module open and no card taken. Paid plans and their allowances are stated at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, who is the seller of the subscription and issues your invoice, including GST where applicable; Paddle's checkout terms apply to the purchase itself. You can cancel any time from your account, and access continues to the end of the period already paid. Founding prices are honoured for the first year of your subscription even if list prices change.
Your data and your responsibility
Because your projects live in your browser, they are under your control: clearing browser data removes them, and the Export feature exists so you can keep your own backups. We cannot recover project data we never held. What we store on our servers is described in the privacy policy.
What we promise, and what we cannot
We work to keep the service fast, accurate and available, and we tell you honestly when something is approximate. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and no SEO tool can guarantee rankings or revenue outcomes; anyone promising those is lying to you. The service is provided as-is to the extent the law allows.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Ending things
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account via contact. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with a warning where the situation allows one.
Changes and law
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and, for significant changes, by email. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
