Privacy Policy
This policy describes what TrackSite SEO, a product of Voynic Ventures, Bengaluru, stores and why. The honest summary: your audit work never reaches us, and the account data we do hold is small and listed below in full.
What stays on your computer
Your projects, crawls, audits, keyword work and reports are created and stored in your browser's local storage. They are not uploaded to our servers, which also means we could not read them if we wanted to. The Export feature lets you back them up as a file you control.
What our servers store
- Your email address, used for sign-in codes and important account messages.
- Your plan and billing status, so the service knows what your account includes. Card details never reach us at all; payment is handled entirely by Paddle.
- Your verified domains and their verification tokens.
- Daily usage counters for page fetches and speed tests, kept briefly to apply plan allowances.
- Session identifiers, stored only in hashed form, so a stolen database cannot impersonate you.
Who processes data for us
- Paddle (merchant of record) processes payments and issues invoices under its own privacy policy.
- Resend delivers the sign-in code emails.
- Cloudflare hosts the service and provides security; like any host, it keeps standard technical logs we use for security and rate limiting.
We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell or share your data for marketing.
How long we keep things
Account data is kept while your account is active. Usage counters expire automatically within days. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your account records; invoices held by Paddle remain with Paddle for the periods tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account, by writing to support. We answer within a reasonable time and comply with applicable Indian data protection law. The service is not directed at children under 18.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so here and, for significant changes, by email.
